He returned to London and then back to Malta during a two week period at the beginning of June, 2003. The cast and crew moved to Los Cabos, Mexico on July 19, 2003, and continued filming until September 22, when the arrival of Hurricane Marty delayed the last 15 days of production. Sean flew out to Washington, DC on September 21 or September 22, 2003 for costume fittings on National Treasure, then returned to Los Cabos to wrap his Troy scenes, finishing around the beginning of October). National Treasure (Theatrical Release) (2004) (Filming scheduled: September 21, 2003 to January 2004) Character: Ian Howe. Filming in Washington, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Sean had costume fittings on Sept 21 or Sept 22, 2003 in Washington, DC, then returned to Los Cabos to continue filming Troy, then was back in Philadelphia on October 5, 2003 and continued filming there until October 14/15, when the production (and Sean) moved to Los Angeles.
